- No cash refund.
- Item must be exchanged within 15 days of purchase with the original invoice/receipt.
- If you wish to exchange your order, get in touch with the Customer Service Team through Contact Us Form or call us on +92-322-5222167 as soon as possible with your order number.
- The exchanged items must be in original/salable condition, unworn, unwashed and unused with original tags/labels attached.
- In case the customer is not satisfied with their purchase, the item can be exchanged within 15 days of the purchase with an email to our customer care team stating the reason for dissatisfaction.
- For reasons of hygiene, the exchange of underwear and inner-wear items and Jewellery will not be accepted.
- Item purchased at full price will be exchanged at the current selling price.
- Note: If an item is proved to be faulty, then we will provide you with a replacement product, provided the item is returned within 3 days from the date of purchase, with the original Invoice.
